Remodel of a country home, Delano MN

This home will serve as our 2011 Fall Remodelers Showcase, Parade home. This home was originally built in 1988 but has been fully remodeled, landscaped – it’s essentially a new home. Geothermal heating was added as well as cutting edge energy efficient insulation.

A front porch anr d expansive read deck were added to the home. Inside, the entire main floor features rift and quartered oak flooring with a worn, washed finish. Reclaimed timbers were used to maintain the country feel in the great room. 2 wood burning fireplaces – one clad in chilton limestone, the other in reclaimed chicago brick. Marble countertops in the kitchen as well as a maple butcher block top on the island. 2 powder rooms on the main level, as well as the master and an office / nursery. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.
JeldWen windows. Wolf, Sub Zero appliances. Rohl Plumbing fixtures. Restoration hardware knobs & fixtures.

4000 Sq. Ft. 6.5 acres, 800+ feet of lakeshore on a private lake!

Check out the concepts that Peter Eskuche prepared for an upcoming custom home! We’ll be breaking ground on this home late this year in Locust HIlls, Wayzata MN. It’ll stay very true to Tudor architecture in details and materials. This home will be built on one of the 3 lakeshore lots on Grey’s bay of Lake Minnetonka.

Come check out our most recent Parade home in Linden Hills.  It’ll be open for tours for the next 3 weekends – Thursday through Sunday, 12:00 – 6:00 PM.

4002 Queen Avenue South.

This traditional city home has thus far been well received.  It’s a Parade favorite and we’ve seen many visitors return with family and friends for another visit.
