This home will serve as our 2011 Fall Remodelers Showcase, Parade home. This home was originally built in 1988 but has been fully remodeled, landscaped – it’s essentially a new home. Geothermal heating was added as well as cutting edge energy efficient insulation.
A front porch anr d expansive read deck were added to the home. Inside, the entire main floor features rift and quartered oak flooring with a worn, washed finish. Reclaimed timbers were used to maintain the country feel in the great room. 2 wood burning fireplaces – one clad in chilton limestone, the other in reclaimed chicago brick.
