Remodeler’s Showcase – Whole Home Remodel in Delano – This Weekend!

We have 2 entires in this fall’s Remodeler’s Showcase. It’s going on this weekend only. Friday 1:00 – 7:00, and Saturday / Sunday 12:00 – 6:00. Stop by and check it out! 10985 Oak Shore Trail, Delano. We’ve also got an entry in Edina at 44th and France by Revision, LLC, our system company.

Our Delano entry home is For Sale!  This home has just undergone a total remodel – little remains of the original home.  1600+ feet of lakeshore on a private lake, fully recreational – waterskiing, fishing, etc…  A 2nd buildable lot is also included.  It’s a must see.

Remodel of a country home, Delano MN

This home will serve as our 2011 Fall Remodelers Showcase, Parade home. This home was originally built in 1988 but has been fully remodeled, landscaped – it’s essentially a new home. Geothermal heating was added as well as cutting edge energy efficient insulation.

A front porch anr d expansive read deck were added to the home. Inside, the entire main floor features rift and quartered oak flooring with a worn, washed finish. Reclaimed timbers were used to maintain the country feel in the great room. 2 wood burning fireplaces – one clad in chilton limestone, the other in reclaimed chicago brick. Marble countertops in the kitchen as well as a maple butcher block top on the island. 2 powder rooms on the main level, as well as the master and an office / nursery. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.
JeldWen windows. Wolf, Sub Zero appliances. Rohl Plumbing fixtures. Restoration hardware knobs & fixtures.

Parade of Homes (SM) #157, Minneapolis MN

Come check out our most recent Parade home in Linden Hills.  It’ll be open for tours for the next 3 weekends – Thursday through Sunday, 12:00 – 6:00 PM.

4002 Queen Avenue South.

This traditional city home has thus far been well received.  It’s a Parade favorite and we’ve seen many visitors return with family and friends for another visit.

Urban infill. Architecturally designed new construction in Golden Valley

The owners of this home wanted to create a home with a timeless feel. They didn’t want to be the new house on the block. They wanted period design, traditional details, mixed with modern technology. They wanted to downsize.

They had lived on this property for over thirty years and had decided to build their dream retirement home. The new home incorporates an abundance of architectural details, geothermal heating and cooling, infloor heating, amazing fireplaces by Isokern and FMI, Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances, and fits in to the neighborhood like it has been there for 30+ years… Unfortunately, they had so much fun building their new home, they ‘downsized’ from 3200 sq ft to 5500 sq ft…

We met all but one of their goals….
