This home will serve as our 2011 Fall Remodelers Showcase, Parade home. This home was originally built in 1988 but has been fully remodeled, landscaped – it’s essentially a new home. Geothermal heating was added as well as cutting edge energy efficient insulation.

A front porch anr d expansive read deck were added to the home. Inside, the entire main floor features rift and quartered oak flooring with a worn, washed finish. Reclaimed timbers were used to maintain the country feel in the great room. 2 wood burning fireplaces – one clad in chilton limestone, the other in reclaimed chicago brick. Marble countertops in the kitchen as well as a maple butcher block top on the island. 2 powder rooms on the main level, as well as the master and an office / nursery. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.

    It is never anything short of amazing the level of finishing detail, design, and “luxurious practicality” that go into each and everyone of their spectacular projects!
    The Geothermal system that was used will nearly eliminate the use of fossil fuels, and make heating and cooling this home both environmentally and economically SMART. BRAVO! Clearly worth the drive…
